Optional analytics
If you choose “Allow analytics”, we record page and treatment views, navigation-link and booking-button clicks, a random session identifier, device category, campaign source, referring website domain, entry page, the type of advertising click identifier (not its value), your IP address and the approximate time you spend with the site tab visible. Visit time is combined across pages in your browser session; time in a hidden tab is excluded. IP addresses and visit duration are available only to our team in the protected admin area and its data exports. We do not include them in our custom event payloads to Google Analytics, Meta or Telegram. We do not record your name, WhatsApp conversations, contact details or full browsing URLs in these events. Events are retained for up to 90 days, with cleanup when new activity is recorded.
When configured, Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may also receive these events and set their own cookies. If enabled by our team, booking-click notifications containing treatment, channel and campaign information are sent to a private Telegram chat. A click is an enquiry signal, not a confirmed appointment.
The Meta Pixel base code loads with event tracking paused until you allow analytics. Declining keeps optional event tracking disabled.
Your choices
Use “Cookie preferences” below to allow or decline analytics. Declining stops future optional tracking. It does not erase records already collected or third-party cookies already set.
Your cart and booking requests
Your cart is saved in your browser so it stays available when you move between pages. It clears after two hours away from the site; keeping a site tab visible keeps your cart available. When you choose “Continue in WhatsApp”, we save your selected treatments, quantities and current quoted total as a booking request, send the selection to our team in Telegram when connected, and open a prepared WhatsApp message. You still need to tap Send in WhatsApp. This request does not confirm an appointment. Cart functionality and submitted requests work without optional analytics.
If you allow analytics, we also record cart additions, removals, quantity changes, cart views and the request process, and link the submitted selection to your visit. Google Analytics and Meta Pixel may receive the corresponding cart and enquiry events. Requests are retained for up to 90 days.
Booking services
WhatsApp and our online booking provider operate separately and handle the details you share with them under their own privacy policies.
